Bezuidenhout West is a remarkable cluster of houses right by the city centre in The Hague and overshadowed by the offices of international companies. Residnets have just begun a pilot with the city council to improve the neighbourhood by tackling overgrown sites, messy gardens and as a result discouraging crime.
This short introductory film was made for a conference in The Hague in the last week of January 2008.
